Original artwork, not licensed merchandise. Every piece in our catalogue is an original, independently created work of expressive art. Our designs are artistic interpretations inspired by mythology, history, pop culture and customer requests. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or licensed by any brand, studio, publisher, game developer or trademark owner. Where a name or likeness is referenced it is used descriptively and transformatively, to identify the subject of the artwork. All trademarks, logos and character names remain the property of their respective owners. Rights holders with questions may contact us; we respond promptly and in good faith.
What "1-of-1" means here. A custom commission is cast once and its design is then retired permanently. Catalogue pieces are poured to order and are not 1-of-1. We do not describe catalogue pieces as one-of-one and you should not read them that way.
What we guarantee about the metal. Every statue is delivered at its stated weight in solid .999 fine silver, stamped with weight and purity, serial numbered and X-ray tested before shipping. Because pieces are individually hand-poured, dimensions vary slightly within a predictable range.
Lead times. Production runs 4–8 weeks from order, or from written design approval on a commission. Queues lengthen ahead of busy dates. Tell us a hard deadline before you order.
Not an investment, and no price quotes. Our statues are sold as collectibles. Nothing here is investment, tax or financial advice, we make no claim of appreciation, and we do not publish spot prices or payout percentages on this site. Gold commissions are quoted individually against the market on the day.
Licensing and jurisdiction. Sell Your Gold USA, Inc. is licensed under Florida Statute § 538.31 et seq. as a Mail-In Secondhand Precious Metals Dealer and operates in accordance with applicable Florida and federal law. Transactions are deemed to occur in the State of Florida and are governed by Florida law.
Accuracy. We try to keep this site correct and current, but we make no warranty that it is free of error.
