Customs
What we collect. Only what you send us through the enquiry form, by email, or by phone — your name, contact details, and whatever you choose to tell us about the gift.
Photographs you send us. Reference images for a custom commission are used to build your piece and nothing else. We do not sell them, license them, or use them in marketing without asking you first and getting a yes.
Your commissioned design. A custom design is cast once and then retired. We keep the design file so the piece can be identified against its serial number, not so it can be poured again.
Why we hold your details. To answer your enquiry, quote your piece and keep you updated through the eight production stages. Nothing else.
Who we share it with. Nobody, beyond the shipping and insurance carrier that has to be told where your statue is going.
Analytics. This site runs no third-party advertising or tracking scripts.
Removal. To have your enquiry information and reference photographs deleted, email info@sygusa.com.
