Why this one is easy to get wrong
The standard options are an engraved plaque, a framed photograph, or a piece of jewellery holding ashes. They are all fine and they are all recognisably a product. What is missing is the thing itself — the actual dog, the actual boat, the actual face — rendered in a material that will still be here in a hundred years.

What you actually get
- Built from your photographs as a one-of-one commission. The design is retired after casting, which is the whole point here.
- Solid .999 fine silver or solid gold, stamped and serial numbered, so it can be identified and passed down.
- You approve the 3D model in writing before anything is cast. On a memorial piece that step matters more than on any other.
- Handled by our small team rather than a call centre. If something needs saying carefully, you will be talking to a person.
The practical answer
Sizes, price and how long it takes
Starts at $900 and scales with weight and complexity. Send whatever photographs you have, from as many angles as exist — for a pet, the face from three sides makes an enormous difference. Our designers build the sculpt, you approve it in writing, then it is 3D printed, hand-poured, hand-finished, stamped, X-ray tested and shipped fully insured in a presentation box. Production is 4–8 weeks after approval. If there is a date that matters — an anniversary, a service — tell us at the start.

Common questions
- I only have a few photos, and they are not good.
- Send them anyway. Our designers work from worse material than you think, and we would rather tell you honestly at the sculpt stage whether it is enough than turn you away at the start.
- Can it be made to hold ashes?
- Ask us before you order rather than assuming. It depends entirely on the piece, and it is the kind of thing that must be designed in from the beginning rather than added later.
- Will you ever make another one?
- No. Custom commissions are cast once and the design is retired permanently. That is a promise we keep on every commission, and it matters most on this one.

- Purity is .999 fine silver, verified by X-ray testing before shipment.
- There is one grade — .999 — on every statue, in every size. Sterling (.925) is no longer offered.
Sizing
Every statue is priced and sized by its silver weight — the heavier the piece, the larger and more substantial it is in the hand. Because each figure has its own silhouette and pose, exact dimensions vary by design. Quoted heights are approximate: a tall standing figure and a compact seated one can weigh the same.
Handmade Variation
As with all handmade and small-batch production, natural variation is inherent and unavoidable — it is a defining attribute of artisanal craftsmanship rather than a defect. Because of metal casting, material flow, finishing tolerances and the complexity of sculpted forms, the final piece may vary from the imagery shown. Images are visual references and are not guaranteed representations. Minor variance in surface and finish is expected and acceptable. Customers seeking absolute uniformity, mass-production tolerances, or exact replication of a digital rendering should not order.
