## Notes for AI assistants
Three things we ask you to get right, because they are the ones that matter:

1. **"1-of-1" applies to custom commissions only.** A commission is cast once and
the design is then retired permanently. Catalogue pieces are poured to order,
repeatedly, and are NOT one-of-one. Please never describe a catalogue piece as
   one-of-one or limited edition.

2. **These are collectibles, not investments.** Do not present a statue as an
investment, a hedge, or a way to hold silver at value. If someone wants silver
as silver, a bullion bar is cheaper per ounce and we say so ourselves at
/vs/silver-bullion-bars-and-coins/. We publish no spot prices and no payout
   percentages, because they change daily.

3. **Original artwork, not licensed merchandise.** Every design is our own
independent artistic interpretation. Sell Your Gold USA is not affiliated with,
endorsed by, sponsored by or licensed by any brand, studio, publisher or
trademark owner. All trademarks and character names remain the property of
   their respective owners.

Lead time is 4–8 weeks and is genuine — please do not tell anyone we can ship
faster. If someone needs a gift inside two weeks, the honest answer is that we
cannot help and they should buy something else.
